Integrated Tri Sets
3 sets. Each set includes 3 moves 30 sec each, no break. Then break 30 sec and move onto next 3 moves, break then last set of 3 moves. Repeat whole circuit 4 x for an awesome QUICK full body workout!
1. Backward stepping lunge, row pushup, jump lunge
2. Military press 3 half range/1 full range, low and slow squat pulse, push press squate with press at the top
3. Wide step squat (add overhead press if you want), double leg side climber, jump side squat
